Pescador Lodge is an exclusive private lodge situated at Praia de Jangamo, 25km outside the harbour town Inhambane, approximately 460km north of Maputo. This region with its unspoilt beaches, crystal clear waters, abundant sea life and friendly locals, is one of Mozambique's favourite holiday destinations. The road from the Lebombo border is tarred up the last 20km which is a well maintained dirt road.
Pescador's chalets are brick built with raised ironwood decks connecting every room with the central kitchen unit and main deck. The lodge is built on a dune which gives you an exceptional 180° sea view. A few coconut palms perfect the ambience of peace and tranquility the area offers.
Pescador Lodge allows you to simply enjoy the privacy and benefits of an exclusive lodge, with excellent restaurants and other entertainment within walking distance. Each unit is self-catering and has a spacious kitchen/living room area with a deck facing the sea.
The outdoor braai area is conveniently close to the kitchen and overlooks a coconut palm forest. Chalets are serviced daily and guards are patrolling the grounds at night. Also provided is a secure boat and parking area.
Cell phone reception is available, international roaming or M-Cell sim-card is required.
