A beautiful beach village perfect for exploring the magnificent Bazaruto Archipelago Islands. Inhassoro is ideal for travellers who want to explore Mozambique's popular Bazaruto Archipelago (five islands of Bazaruto, Benguera, Magarruque, Santa Carolina and Bangue Islands - most are national parks). 85km south of Inhassoro is also the popular beach getaway Vilanculos - a busy / vibrant commercial village offering lots of fresh produce and vegetables at the local market. Various Art and craft items are sold everywhere from stunning island paintings to well crafted quality wooden statues.

Beautiful mangroves dominate the estuary delta and various tropical islands can be explored by boat. Exciting activities to do here include Kayaking on the estuary, bird watching, snorkelling, nature walks, boat tours, dhow trips, windsurfing, kitesurfing and wakeboarding.
Diving, snorkeling and big game fishing is extremely popular within the Bazaruto Archipelago and is renowned as one of the best fishing regions off Mozambique's coast for black marlin. Various other big-game catches include sailfish, marlin, barracuda, wahoo, dorado, kingfish, prodigal sun, yellowfin tuna, rainbow runner to name a few.
The archipelago is even home to the rare dugong specie.
