We are the only accommodation in town with an on-site activity center that offers diving, snorkeling and kite-surfing.
Odyssea Dive will take you out for wonderful trips to Two Mile Reef or Sao Sebastao.

Whether you are a diver or a snorkeler you will enjoy some of the best reefs and sceneries in the world.
And when there is too much wind to dive or snorkel, Kite school Mozambique can offer lessons to beginners and rent the newest gear. An amazing way to explore the bay of VIlanculos.

At Casa Babi you will find stand up paddle boards and kayaks to explore the bay (free of charge for Casa Babi residents).

Our chefs will be delighted to show you how to prepare some of the Mozambican famous dishes. Let her guide you to the market to pick the ingredients you need and show you how to prepare your own coconut milk and assemble everything to get the most delicious meal (3 to 5 hours).

Massages are available with a masseur who will come and treat you on your veranda.

Kite Surfing

Based at Casacabanabeach where the local kite surfing fraternity have built their own clubhouse. Easy access and ideal conditions for beginners makes this the perfect location.

We offer in-house instruction for those wishing to try their hand at this, the fastest growing sport in the world.

Activities

Walk along beautiful beaches, play beach cricket in front of the resort, or volleyball on the sand court in the garden. The large freshwater pool is ideal for a friendly game of water polo, and the shallow, crystal clear sea is safe for children. Bird watching, canoe safaris, horse riding, diving, snorkelling and various other activites can also be booked through the Resort.

The team at Archipelago will guide you in the right direction for all your diving, snorkeling and fishing requirements and ensure that you get the best experience of the underwater world of the Bazaruto Archipelago. Whale watching in the season, dugong and whale-shark sightings are not to be missed. Deep sea fishing, kayaking and dhow safaris are also available.

Horse Riding

Mozambique Horse Safari’s reputation spreads worldwide as a unique way to experience a marine holiday on horseback. Swim in the ocean with your mount, walk along deserted beaches, visit the fishing village or ride on Benguerra Island.

Canoe Safaris

Explore the beauty of the Govuro wetlands in a river canoe. Book an early morning or sunset safari through Vilanculos Canoe Safaris and experience an abundance of African water lilies, a variety of water birds, fireflies and so much more. Dhow Safaris

Discover and explore the Islands of the Bazaruto Archipelago by traditional Dhow. Take all the time in the world and enjoy the pristine scenery with a stop for a delicious seafood lunch on a remote island with long sandy beaches and towering dunes. Snorkel in crystal clear waters; swim among coloured fish and marvel at the coral gardens. As you head for home, enjoy a sundowner toast to a glorious Vilanculos sunset.

Island Hopping

Bazaruto, Benguerra, Magaruque, Santa Carolina (Paradise Island), Bangué, and Pansy Shell Island comprise the largest Marine Park in Africa.
